Our Sales Policy:
Glen Sander Engineering, Inc. makes NO warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers. Ordering any parts from Glen Sander Engineering, Inc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and to his discretion as to the correctness of the parts for his application. Glen Sander Engineering, Inc. takes absolutely no responsibility for the correctness of the application of the parts or for the use of the parts. If, and in the event that purchasers expressly or impliedly cause representations, or statements, or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimed of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glen Sander Engineering, Inc. in the event of any claim, demand, or legal action against Glen Sander Engineering, Inc. by any purchaser.
Prices:
Prices, specifications and part numbers are subject to change without notice. Check all invoices for current prices or contact the factory if in doubt.
Terms:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. All returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge.
Returns:
Written request must be made and approved by us before return of any merchandise. Special order parts are not returnable and unrefundable. Return shipments must be prepaid and include copy of the original invoice. Returned parts are subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. NO returns or inventory adjustments will be made on goods returned after 30 days from date of shipment from Glen Sander Engineering, Inc.
Shipping:
All shipments are made F.O.B. our factory in Torrance, California. All orders are shipped by U.P.S. surface unless otherwise specified. Additional charges incurred for shipping via customer's requested method will be paid by customer. The customer is responsible for freight on all merchandise returned because of refused or missed delivery.
Tax:
Sales in California are subject to California sales tax.
Back Orders:
All back orders will be shipped.
